About the Grammar Sleuth™ Program

"If you want to learn where your own mistakes are hiding, go through the Grammar Sleuth program.
It's not just 'hit and run' training — which is what we get most of the time. Meg actually reviews our
own correspondence and uses examples drawn from it to teach us how to sleuth out the 'felonies and misdemeanors' in our own writing. I usually sit through workshops like this bored to death, thinking that the trainer is talking to everybody but me. Boy, was I wrong — and embarrassed to see the mistakes we had
been sending out in our own correspondence. I've cut my errors in half since the workshop!"

"The best thing about Grammar Sleuth training is that our reps weren't expected to learn it all in two days. The workshop was followed by a Grammar Sleuth quiz and a Correspondence Review, both of which helped our correspondents identify and track their own mistakes. As a result, our reps have learned to proofread ('sleuth') their work much more carefully and their error quotient (EQ) has gone way down. The GSU correspondence reviews have helped enormously to keep them focused on those issues covered in the workshop, and they are using their Q-Cards almost daily. I would give this workshop a ten plus. Absolutely the best training we've ever had!"

About TeleTraining/2000

"The TeleTraining/2000 seminar was full of valuable information and experiences for our specialists. We especially appreciated Meg's and Peter's emphasis on incorporating individual style into effective customer service communication. And they do this in ways that make the day thoroughly enjoyable!"

"The TeleTraining/2000 [program] presented to our CRU department in Appleton, WI, was very beneficial to our customer service representatives and our management team. The material was not only relevant to the phone skills and techniques used daily in our call center, but it was presented in a format that was both fresh and new. I would recommend the seminar and conference session to any business wanting to raise the bar on the level of service it provides."

About the Executive Coaching Division (ECD)

"Kent and Bubriski are incredible coaches. As part of a global marketing team for a large multinational corporation, I was constantly feeling handicapped by my limited English. Meg and Peter worked with me
one-on-one, helping me spot my mistakes and correct them. When I was confused by company jargon or American idioms, they very patiently provided explanations. Although I had tried college English courses and even corporate writing skills workshops, they never managed to address my own particular problems with the language. In a matter of weeks, I made more progress with Meg and Peter than I had in two years of less focused training. I recommend the ECD highly!"

"As the VP of a large claims processing area, I was always a bit embarrassed about my writing skills. My secretary and I often went head-to-head over issues of grammar, but I didn't have time to participate in a writing workshop—which we often provided for our reps—and I was also reluctant to expose my ignorance
of the rules of grammar to my staff. When I found out that MEWS offered one-on-one coaching and correspondence reviews, I immediately signed up. I worked with Meg in the privacy of my own office,
and as a result, my writing, along with my confidence level, has improved tremendously. I might
also add that my secretary is thrilled!"
